We provide airport transfers from and to any of London’s 5 major airports (London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton and London City airport) to London and the surrounding areas. The following is a quick guide for using our booking system, with annotated screenshots:
Let’s imagine that you would like to go for holidays with your family. The total of people who you will go with are another 3. All of your family members have a suitcase but you are the only one who has a hand luggage. The airport you have to arrive is London Gatwick North Terminal and you want to be picked up from 216 Preston Road, outside Liberty cars. Here are the steps you need to follow, in order to book an airport or general transfer successfully:
Firstly, if you look above this guide, you will see a section with a few boxes. In this section, you need to have the details, which have to be entered in the boxes, and the details are as following:
- The pickup address
- The destination
- The date and time
However, you need to be informed right about how to put the right details in the boxes 1 and 2.
Secondly, the way to place the correct address is, by entering the postcode for the pick up location. Once you do that, you will see a little box, that it will display underneath , and which is used to verify the address that you are located on. Just click in that little box.
Once you verify the street name, you need to verify the number. Please, click on the number you would like to be picked up or the closest number you are.
Now that you successfully added your pick up location, it is time to add your destination. The given example will be London Gatwick Airport North Terminal. However, you can still use your personal destination for normal transfers too.
Just type Gatwick on the search bar and you will see the options. Remember that when the destination has to do with a specific street, you need to enter the postcode instead.
Now that you successfully added the destination, you need to choose the pickup date and time, and then click on “GET QUOTES”.
Please, note when the pickup or the destination point is one of the our covered five airports, you need to place the booking 24 hours before pickup time . If you are not happy with that, you can call our landline 4 hours before the booking time, to book your transfer to or from an airport.
Once you click “GET QUOTES” it will take you to another page. Just scroll down and go to the section “CHOOSE YOUR CAR”. Over there you need to choose the car of your choice, according to the number of passengers, suitcases and luggage. Since you are 4 people with 3 suitcases and 1 luggage (related to the scenario), you need to see which car is suitable for you. As you can see, the best option in this case is “ESTATE”. Just click in the orange section to select that choice. Once you do that, you will see that your option will be automatically highlighted. Just scroll down…
In this section, you need to type your personal information, such as your full name, email address, contact number and special requirements. Please note, when you use a phone number from abroad (outside the UK), you need to add your extension number of the country that your number is owned by. For example, for USA you can either add +1 and then your phone number or 0001, your phone number (E.g. +14155552671 or 0014155552671).
Finally, if you scroll down a little bit further, you will find the payment page. Here you have two payment options. To either pay by cash the driver, or pay online using your card details. Whether you pay the driver or pay online, both ways are safe and if there is any issue, we are more than happy to help you!
Once you choose the payment method and place the booking, we will send you a confirmation email, to confirm that your booking has been placed successfully.
